We teach our kids the disciplined techniques of Muay Thai and Western Boxing. Class training is focused for each student, as we understand that everyone requires specific attention in order to improve their skills. Training features attention to technique through skills & drills, pad-work, bag-work and combinations of offense and defense.

While emphasis is on proper technique, our main focus is on discipline and control of when to use Boxing & Muay Thai as sport and when to use  as self-defense.
